““I believe great real estate advice starts with understanding how people want to live — not just what house they want to buy.””
Real estate isn’t just about properties — it’s about the moments in life when people need guidance the most.
Whether it’s a growing family needing more space, someone relocating to a new community, or homeowners preparing for their next chapter, those transitions deserve thoughtful support and honest advice.
That’s the role I aim to play for my clients.
A Career Built Around People
Before real estate, my career centred around people, problem solving, and community. I’ve built and operated several small businesses, worked in business analysis and client relations, and had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients through a personal training company focused on meaningful wellness goals.
Earlier in my career, I also worked as a 911 and Fire Dispatcher — an experience that shaped my ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, and guide people through important decisions during stressful moments.
Each of those experiences taught me the same lesson: people value trust, clarity, and genuine care and I am passionate about being that part of the equation for my clients during their big life moments.
Real estate simply brings all of those skills together.
Rooted in the Community
I’m proud to call Cochrane home.
As a homeowner in the Greystone community, I experience the same things many of my clients do — choosing the right neighbourhood, building connections locally, and investing in a place where families can thrive.
That’s why my approach to real estate goes beyond transactions.
I’m passionate about helping people understand the lifestyle, neighbourhoods, and opportunities that make this region such a special place to live.
I live here. I invest here. I advise here.
My Focus
My work is centered around lifestyle transitions.
Many people are navigating meaningful changes such as:
• relocating to Cochrane
• downsizing or simplifying their homes
• purchasing their first property
• finding a home that better fits their next stage of life
Real estate decisions often happen during big life moments, and my goal is to provide steady guidance and thoughtful advice along the way.
Community First
Beyond real estate, I enjoy bringing people together and supporting homeowners through education and local initiatives.
This includes hosting community events and homeowner seminars that help residents better understand their homes — from maintenance and inspections to environmental topics like radon awareness.
Helping people feel confident in their homes and their community is something I care deeply about.
Let’s Connect
If you're considering a move to Cochrane, exploring your options, or simply want local insight about the area, I’m always happy to connect.
Real estate starts with conversation.
